Provision of emergency care for pregnant women with highly specialized medical care in the region

Within the framework of the introduction of the integrated model of rendering medical assistance, the obstetrics service using sanitary planes and helicopters of the Republican Center “Sanitary Aviation” solves the issues of timely saving the life of every pregnant woman, mother, mother and newborn at the republican level.

October 24, 2016 was carried out a flight to the Atyrau Regional Clinical Hospital of a team of specialized doctors, consisting of: pulmonologist, Ph.D. Department of Research Institute of Cardiology and Internal Diseases G. Esetovа, obstetrician-gynecologist gynecology department of Scientific Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology, Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan B. Uskembaeva, doctor of Sanitary Aviation’s center D.Aytekova, Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Kazakh national medical University named after S. Asphendyairova professor A.Duysenova, associate professor of anesthesiology and resuscitation of the Kazakh national medical University named after S. Asphendyairova B.Mukhamadieva, associate professor of not rologii and neurosurgery of the Kazakh national medical University named after S. Asphendyairova K.Kuzhybaeva

After conducting the necessary examination, the patient’s condition was assessed as severe. Diagnosed: acute neurotoxicosis, toxic encephalopathy, cerebral edema, convulsive syndrome, pneumonia of the viral etiology, respiratory failure of grade 3, secondary thrombocytopenia, antenatal death of the fetus during gestation 25 weeks. The consensus was decided to interrupt pregnancy by medication.
