The action “Solving Social Problems” provides an opportunity to undergo a free examination from a gynecologist

Within the framework of the Republican action “Solving Social Problems” from October 10 to October 13, 2016, 79 women of the Shalkar district of Aktyubinsk region consulted the obstetrician-gynecologist of the department “Mother and Child” Gulfairuz Bisalieva.

According to the results of the examination, “the giant intraligamentary uterine myoma” was diagnosed for the first time in 2 women. After that, they were hospitalized in the Aktyubinsk multipurpose hospital, now preparations are underway for the operation.

Also, one woman with a diagnosis of “urogenital fistula” and four women with a diagnosis of “infertility” were sent to the Republican scientific centers of Urology and Obstetrics, gynecology andpernatology in Almaty for obtaining highly specialized care.

Along with this, Gulfairuz Bisalieva, on the basis of the regional akimat, conducted outreach work with the population of the district and among medical workers in polyclinics on reproductive health, adolescent girls’ health, family planning; On the issues of improving the quality of medical services in the framework of primary health care, the introduction of an integrated model of providing medical care for pregnancy and obstetric care, and also talked about the introduced system of compulsory social health insurance in Kazakhstan.

We remind that this action is aimed at increasing the availability of specialized and highly specialized medical care for the population of the region and will continue until October 29, 2016
