From October 17 to October 22, 2016 in the city of Taraz, the main freelance midwife of the Ministry of Health, the National Trainer for Effective Perinatal Care, Senior Midwife of the Maternity Unit of the Scientific Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology Julia Bychkova conducted a training cycle for raising the qualification “Fundamentals of Safe Motherhood”.

38 midwives of women’s consultation, maternity hospitals of Tarazi city of 5 districts of Zhambyl region were trained.

In addition, Julia Leonidovna provided mentoring at the Regional Perinatal Center in Taraz and counseling for physiological birth and pre-emergency care for mothers and newborns.
